Information about where you can check up on the progress of the installation of your solar cells.
Once the crowdsale of solar cells for a project completes, the installation begins. If you bought cells in the project you will receive an email congratulating you on helping the organisation go solar. You will then receive regular updates via email, with photos and sometimes videos of the installation progress. To ensure that you receive these updates, please make sure you are subscribed to our emails. The subscription type is "Project Specific Updates". We will only ever send important project related information on this subscription type. To check your subscription types you can click the "Preferences" link at the bottom of any of our marketing or project update emails.
You can also check your dashboard for installation updates. The "status" field has the latest information. These statuses are updated weekly in most cases.
