How to change profile details like your name, surname, or your address
- Login to your Sun Exchange Dashboard.
- Click on the "My Profile" tab,
- Click on Edit Profile,
- Change/edit the details that you'd like changed,
- Click on "Update" at the end.
If you have 2FA enabled you will need to use the code from the app to confirm changes, otherwise, you will need to confirm it using the One-Time-PIN that will be sent to your registered email address.
NOTE: Changing your name, surname or date of birth will reset your KYC and you will need to resubmit your details for verification.
