Information on updating your Sun Exchange account email address.
Step 1. Login to your Sun Exchange account.
Step 2. Click on the profile picture drop-down menu (3 line menu on mobile) in the top right of the screen.
Step 3. Click on "Change email address".
Step 4. Enter your new email address and your password and click "Change email address".
Step 5. Enter the One-Time-Pin (OTP) that was sent to your old email address, or enter the code from your authenticator app, if your have 2FA enabled, to confirm.
Note: If you no longer have access to your email address, can't receive the OTP and you need us to change it for you manually please reach out to us on hello@thesunexchange.com.
