      How do I add a cash out account?

      This is how to add (or update) a cash out account, either a Bitcoin wallet address or, if you're a South African citizen, your bank account details.

       

      NOTE: We only offer withdrawals in South African Rands (ZAR) or Bitcoin (BTC), no other currencies. ZAR withdrawals are only available to South African citizens/South African bank account holders.

       

      To add a payout account:

      1. Login to your Sun Exchange account
      2. Navigate to your Dashboard
      3. Click on the "My Wallets" tab
      4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Cash Out Account"

      If you have 2FA enabled you will need to use the code from the app to confirm changes, otherwise, you will need to confirm it using the One-Time-PIN that will be sent to your registered email address.
