      How do I add a cash out account?

      This is how to add (or update) a cash out account, either a Bitcoin wallet address or, if you're a South African citizen, your bank account details.

       

      NOTE: We only offer withdrawals in South African Rands (ZAR) or Bitcoin (BTC), no other currencies. ZAR withdrawals are only available to South African citizens/South African bank account holders.

       

      To add a payout account:

      1. Login to your Sun Exchange account
      2. Navigate to your Dashboard
      3. Click on the "My Wallets" tab
      4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Cash Out Account"
      5. Add your cash out account details, and validate using the emailed OTP or code from your authenticator app.
      6. Once confirmed with the OTP or code from your authenticator app, a verification link will be sent to your registered email address. If the email doesn't arrive in your inbox, please check your promotional and/or spam folder. The verification link must be clicked within 60 minutes of adding your new cash out account. If the link expires, you will need to repeat steps 1 to 5.
