      How can I donate my balance to charity?

      This article explains how to donate your entire wallet balance to one of the selected charities.

      Step 1. Login to your Sun Exchange account.

      Step 2. Head to the 'My Wallets' tab.

      Step 3. Scroll to the 'Charity Contributions' section and click the yellow arrow to expand it.

      Step 4. Select the charity you would like to donate your entire balance from both your ZAR and BTC wallets to and click 'Donate', enter your OTP or 2FA code and click 'Verify'.

      KYC is required for donations with a value of greater than ZAR 10,000.

      Please note that if you would only like to donate a portion of your wallet balance or only one wallet balance, then you need to process a withdrawal of the desired currency and amount first. Selecting to donate immediately transfers all balances to the selected charity's wallet. It is not possible to undo this operation!
